Once a rustic mountain abode, this Deer Valley home underwent an extensive interior remodel designed to freshen it up and layer in elements of refinement. Much of the home, as evidenced by the kitchen fixtures and ornate built-in bookcases, draws inspiration from more formal European aesthetic modes. However, rather than entirely eschewing their rugged origins in favor of an updated elegance, the interior spaces balance both elements through careful furnishing selections and material pairings. The result feels light and uplifting but still deeply inviting.
